What’s new for teachers and students on the Rethink Together Forum?

By 11:11am PST May 28, 2020

School closures have drastically altered the state of education in America. This national shift to remote learning ushered in radical new imaginings of what education can be in America. It’s up to us to make sure that this new future for education includes a rigorous focus on equity and an increased desire to create meaningful and engaged learning experiences. We don’t know exactly how we’ll get there, but we know that we’ll get there together.

To help us all work towards a better future, we launched the Rethink Together Forum—a virtual place designed to help high school communities rethink what the future of high school looks like. Through engaging content and open-ended posts, high school students, educators, and families can rethink high school.

NEW ON THE FORUM THIS WEEK

Every week, we update the Rethink Together Forum with new on-demand videos, curated resources, and relevant discussions about education in America. Here’s a look at what’s new on the Forum this week:

COMING SOON TO THE RETHINK TOGETHER FORUM

As always, we wish you the best for this week and hope that you will find this content useful, important, and invigorating. We want to continue to build communities dedicated to working collaboratively to reimagine what high school can be, restating what it should be, and moving to a more equitable future. To do that, we’ll need your help.

Log in to the forum, create a profile, join a conversation, and prove that change is not only important but possible.

Do you have ideas about what content needs to be on the Rethink Together Forum? Or, do you have ideas about the future of high school that you want on the XQ blog? Send us an email at blog@xqinstitute.org and let’s rethink together.
